Stop and Look

Today was a wonderful yet emotional day. My Grandmother's funeral was today. It was a joyous day  celebrating her life and the wonderful legacy she has left behind, but so sad to say goodbye {for now}. I did feel much peace and happiness, since her passing and throughout the day today, holding on to the beliefs that I have that I will see her again one day and that she is reunited with my Grandfather, the love of her life, after three long years apart since his death over 3 years ago. I love my Grandmother dearly and will miss seeing her face, hugging her, laughing with her and talking to her, but I feel she is still so near. I was reflecting on life, my purpose in it and those things that matter most to me and saw this quote. It seemed to sum up my feelings of taking time for the people and things that are most important in your life. It's always a good reminder for me to check my actions and my habits and re-adjust my priorities to make what matters most come first.
